Marangoni tyres manufacturers are advertising their new silica rubbers with the help of a Alfa Romeo Giulietta G430 iMove - tuned by TRC Italia.
The Italians of Marangoni have teamed-up with the tuners of TRC Italia in order to present their new eco-friendly tires and also the tuning package for Alfa Romeo Giulietta. The tyres of the model are made a rubber compound reach in silica, offering the tires a glowing green shade, but also reducing the fuelconsumption. The rims used to present the new Marangi tyres are BarracudaKarizzma of 19 inches, painted in black in order to contrast wit the 235/35 tyres.
Regarding the tuning package, the kit is inspired by the looks of Ferrari F430. The guys of TRC Italia have applied the same strategy for the packagedeveloped by MiTo – M430. Aesthetically, the package includes a FerrariF430-style bumper, a new rear bumper and an integrated rear diffuser. The air intakes on the front bumper are designed to cool the front brakes.
The engine of Alfa Romeo Giulietta receives a new turbine, offering 51 extra HP, now totaling 286 HP. The suspensions were replaced by a package from kW, and the brakes now come from Tarox, with composite metal disc brake, 10 pistons for the front calipers and 330 millimeters discs. The ride hight was lowered with 1.5 inches.
The interior was decorated by Conte of Florence, known for the golf gear they are commercializing, as the cockpit now abounds in suede and carbon fiber. The trunk made some room for a Segway. Alfa Romeo Giulietta G430 iMove is set to make its debut at Bologna Auto Show, in December.

Alfa Romeo Giulietta bears a historical name, so this thing is further suggested to us by the first clip in which we see the model in action.
Alfa Romeo has released the first pictures and information on the new compact class model. So the mystery regarding the model’s name has evaporated: Alfa Romeo Giulietta. The car was admired in world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show in spring 2010.
A name with strong emotional resonance not only in the history of Alfa Romeo. A name that is revived in the year in which the Italian automaker celebrates 100 years of existence.
The new model will be available only in the 5-door body version and will use the C-Evo technical platform, to be implemented on the future Chrysler and Dodge models. With a length of 171.2 inches, a width of 70.8 inches and a height of 57.4 inches, the new Alfa Romeo will have a significant increase in size. The wheelbase of new model is 103.5 inches and the trunk volume is 350 liters.
The range of engines will include two petrol engines of 1.4 liters, of 120 HP and 170 HP in the Multiair version, plus two diesel engines of 1, 6 and 2.0-liters, of 105 and 170 HP respectively. The top of the range will be equipped with the 1,750 TBi engine which will provide 235 HP and will be available only in Quadrifoglio Verde equipment version.
The turbo engines will have Start & Stop function as standard. Alfa Romeo Giulietta willfeature as stock VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control), DST (Dynamic Steering Torque), Q2 – frond electronic differential and DNA selector. The last one made its debut on the Alfa Romeo MiTo and will have all the 3 settings: Dynamic, Normal and All Weather.

The Italian automaker Alfa Romeo chose the famous Uma Thurman to star in the commercial made for the brand’s newest model, Giulietta, a car that will enter the European showrooms starting this month. The internationaladvertising campaign that will be launched in press, radio, TV, and of course on Web, was developed by Leo Burnett, is shown in a official press release of the Italian car builder.
The commercial was entirely shot in USA and will be broadcast in Italy starting 16 May. In the video, Uma Thruman plays five different roles – five women that symbolize the different faces of the new Alfa Romeo Giulietta. During the spot the actress uses on of Shakespeare quotes “Without heart we are only machines,” quote meant to make the viewer thing of Giulietta’s split personalities, agile when the driver wants that and comfortable in the same time. The ad was directed by Kevin Fitzgerald.
Alfa Romeo Giulietta was launched at the Geneva Auto Show in March 2010 and is the replacer of the Alfa 147. The Italian automaker has high hopes for this car, wanting to be the vehicle that will change people’s ideas of this brand.
The Alfa Romeo Giulietta can be equipped with two turbocharged petrol engines and two turbo-diesel ones. Both petrol engine will be 1.4-liter and will develop 120 HP (1.4 TB), and 170 HP (1.4 MultiAir).
The diesel engine is based on a 1.6-liter block (105 HP), and the other diesel is of 2.0-liter (170 HP). The line of the car is specific to a coupe, with the traditional door handleshid for the opening of the rear doors, also found on the Alfa Romeo 147. The interior has aluminium insertions and is inspired, in terms of design, by the performance model, Alfa 8C Competizione.
